Whom by Fire (known earlier as Caleb) is a duo hailing from Southend-on-Sea in England, and Dan Halamandres and Elyza Nicholas’ music is imbued with a certain seaside melancholy, as are their videos – or, as in “Little Boat Song,” quite a darkness. Their voices are haunting throughout.
